Andaz condos for sale in Dec.

Maui real estate broker The Wailea Group LLC and developer Wailea Resort Villas LLC soon will be launching the sale of 12 luxury condominium residences currently under construction as part of the Andaz Maui at Wailea resort.

The sales launch for The Andaz Residences Maui at Wailea is anticipated for late December, according to a news release by The Wailea Group, the exclusive broker for the 12 units.

The prices of the homes will be starting in the $6 million range.

Floor plans include three bedroom/four bath layouts and four bedroom/six bath plus den layouts, with gross interior and exterior area totaling between 3,300 square feet to more than 5,200 square feet, the news release said.

The residences are scheduled for completion following the hotel's opening, which is expected in the summer of 2013. It will be part of a master-planned resort community along Mokapu Beach.

The Andaz Residences Sales Center is nearing completion at The Wailea Group showroom in The Shops at Wailea, Luxury Wing.
